Are you clear about your goals for 2024?

According to Forbes, about 30% of people in the UK set New Year's resolutions, and 20% of those who set goals for the coming year fail within 4-6 months.

Why is that?

I spent some time studying goal-setting and found three common themes about why people fail:

Timescale: A year is simultaneously a short period of time, but also long enough for external factors to completely throw you off course or for commercial objectives to change.

Lack of specificity: The level of clarity, not only about the goal but also the actions that need to be taken, directly correlates to the success of the goal.

Lack of accountability: Accountability massively increases the chance of success.

I wanted to do something that would tackle each of these issues, and I’ve shared our process below.
